Week 3 Newsletter

To start off week three of the 2020 robotics season, our build and design teams have been working on prototyping the intake, making the game pieces out of wood, working on using the CNC router, as well as making a new cart for our robot. With that, our programming team has been working on the sub systems so they can run on a loop so the robot can actually move autonomously by working on the framework for those codes, while the electrical team planned out the electrical board for the bot. To keep things going, our safety team had been revising the safety handbook and have put together a safety quiz for the students. They have also organized all the safety materials in our shop. To round things off, the business team has been working on sponsorships and outreach as well as organizing our brand guide and revamping our website to refresh the team’s brand for the new season.
